OVERVIEW

The attendance module is used to record the time the employee spends at work. It does so by recording arrivals and departures from the workplace.

Every arrival or departure in Sloneek is called an “attendance event”. These events can be logged in three different ways:

– via the web interface, using a computer or a tablet

– via a web-based mobile interface, using a mobile phone

– via a hardware terminal using contactless cards or chips

REPORTS

Reports are an inherent part of the attendance module. 

You can customize all reports by rearranging and filtering. For demanding users, we also have advanced data processing using a pivot table directly in the application. Your own reports are just a few clicks away. 

You can export all data to xlsx, *csv or XML.

ATTENDANCE CALENDAR

Each user has its own attendance calendar. Depending on user privileges, managers and administrators can edit the attendance events of others.

Managers can edit and enter the attendance events only for their subordinates within the team structure, administrators can edit everything. This is one of the general principles of the whole application.

Each event can have its own comment and an attachment, which will only be visible to the user and his/her manager. 

You will never have to use your phone, text message or an e-mail to manage your attendance.

ATTENDANCE TERMINAL

All you need to use terminal attendance is any touch screen device (eg tablet), card reader and internet connection.

Or we can lend you the terminal. In addition to the standard functions of departures and arrivals recording, the terminal also allows you to take a photo of the user when arriving or departing. 

This can allow for an absolute control of the attendance recording in your company.

POCKET ATTENDANCE

Employees can also record attendance using a mobile interface that marks the user’s location. The attendance module then compares it with the list of your company’s locations. Once the match is found, the location is identified. 

You will immediately know where the employees registered their attendance.
